Missing your English 360° test is not consequence-free. What happens depends on how your test was funded.

If Your Training Was Funded by CPF

When you use your CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation) to fund English training, you are committing to complete the full programme — including the certification exam. The funds come from a public account, and with the recent anti-fraud law, France Compétences requires a certification outcome for every approved CPF dossier.

• If you do not sit the exam, your training organisation is still required to declare a result to France Compétences. A missing result — not just a failed one — is flagged.

• The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), which manages CPF funds, has the right to reclaim the cost of training from you if you do not complete your obligations.

If You Abandon the Test Mid-Way

If you start the test but do not finish it:

• The attempt is recorded as incomplete.

• Your training organisation will be notified.

• The result cannot be issued.

You will need to contact your training organisation or English 360° directly to discuss next steps.

Can You Reschedule?

If you have a genuine reason for not attending — illness, technical failure, or an emergency — contact your training organisation as soon as possible. In some cases, rescheduling is possible, but this is subject to agreement with your OF and the conditions of your CPF dossier.

Do not simply not show up without notifying anyone. This creates complications for both you and your training organisation.
